3. Recipients
We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. The following processors (Art. 28 GDPR) have access:
- Web and email hosting: Trevenque Sistemas de Información, S.L.U. (Trevenque Group, NIF B18316828), C/ Andrés Segovia 53, 18008 Granada, Spain.
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for Google Analytics.
4. International transfers
Google may process data in the United States through Google LLC, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (to which Google LLC is certified) and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Analytics only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to vecobay@vecobay.com. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You may also complain to a data protection authority; ours is the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site.
